ORDERING INFORMATION + GENERAL HELP:
Only click the "Place Order" button once! If you click this a second time (even after hitting the "Back" button) you may be placing the order twice.
A few suggestions to help us expedite your order:
1. Have your order shipped to the same address that your credit card is billed to.
2. Provide us with a phone number where we can reach you during normal business hours.
3. Double check all information entered before sending your order.
4. When calling have your order number handy.

Because many items on our site can look alike or have similar descriptions, we suggest clicking the "click for product info" link before ordering products you are not familiar with.
Photographs are generally not actual size. Many are enlarged to show detail.
Unless stated otherwise, prices listed are for one item. This includes items with pictures of multiple items (ex. rolls) and items with plural descriptions.

If you have set up an account, your order status can be checked online or if further information is needed you may e-mail us directly from that page. Order status can also be checked by calling our toll free number (1-866-665-MINT(6468)) during normal business hours which are 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday EST and Saturday from 9:00 to 12:00. You may also e-mail us at Support@mintproducts.com to request any information about your order.
If you require immediate attention we always suggest calling during normal business hours. Ours is a secure site. You can order knowing your credit card and other private information will be viewed by us and only us. We do not send Spam e-mails or sell your e-mail addresses! PAYMENT:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club that begin with the #5 and Discover. Because of our low markups and their high fees, we cannot accept American Express! We also accept money orders and checks. Checks will be allowed to clear a minimum of ten business days before shipment. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks. Because markets can change rapidly, prices are subject to change. In the unlikely event a non bullion item you purchase has a significant price change before shipment, you will be given the opportunity to change your order to the latest price. Mintproducts is not responsible for errors or omissions. Our responsibility is limited to the purchase price only.

Fraud, especially by credit card, is a major concern for both retailers and consumers. We take all precautions, including the use of fraud detection software; to be sure credit cards are being used legitimately. Mint Products takes all fraud, including attempted, very seriously and have worked with the FBI and the Secret Service in the past. Individuals who have attempted fraud with Mint Products have been arrested, prosecuted and jailed.
An order confirmation number is not a guarantee of shipment. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ORDER FOR ANY REASON WITH A FULLY ISSUED REFUND.
PROCESSING, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
You will receive an e-mail confirming placement of your internet order as well as when your order is shipped.
If you choose to pay by credit card your credit card will be charged when you place your order.
If a significant delay in shipment is expected you can be credited and then re-charged at the time of shipment.
For shipping, we offer several options to choose at checkout including United Parcel Service. Postal options start at $4.95 depending on the size of your order. Orders that are shipped through United Parcel Service cannot be shipped to a Post Office Box. They must go to a physical street address.
Custom shipping such as overnight and expedited delivery is available for many orders. Speak to a Customer Service Representative for more information. Because our shipping fees are not based on weight etc., under certain circumstances, we may not be able to send your order via the requested service (i.e. UPS Ground to Hawaii, or certain items which are of a heavy weight cannot go via 2nd Day Air. We will notify you if your requested shipping method needs to be changed.
Because of security issues due to the rerouting of packages, we are unable to provide UPS tracking numbers during shipment. We will be happy to track the package for you and provide the latest status.
Expected order processing times are listed on the homepage of our site and quoted in Business Days upon our Receipt of the Order.
Orders are currently retrieved once a day in the morning.
Most orders are for in stock items are currently shipped in 2-3 business days after receipt of the order. Watch our home page for current expected processing times. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. Weekends are NOT considered business days. For example, an order with items that usually ship within 2-3 business days, placed late in the day on a Monday would be pulled on Tuesday and would usually ship by Thursday. Processing times may be longer during peak times such as Holidays. Watch our home page for current expected processing times. Listed times are average times and are not guaranteed. Orders with special requests may also be extended. Items listed as out of stock or items with longer stated shipping times could take additional time. Orders with possible security issues can often be delayed. If you have questions regarding processing times feel free to contact us.
Delivery times given for various shipping options are quoted in Business Days after Leaving our Facility. UPS guaranteed delivery times are guaranteed by UPS and are subject to their conditions.
In the highly unlikely event your order is lost during shipping we are 100% responsible for the package which is always insured, until delivery is confirmed. Keep in mind that filing claims can take time and may require a written statement from you. In some instances, we may not be able to immediately reship your order. You can at anytime, place a new order and then ask for a credit when the claim is settled.
RETURNS + CANCELLATIONS:
At MINT PRODUCTS.COM your satisfaction is our main goal. If any item purchased is not satisfactory it may be returned within 10 days of receipt for exchange or a full refund (Because of Market fluctuations; Gold, Silver and Platinum bullion coins can be returned for replacement only unless noted otherwise.). Postage paid to us to ship your order is non-refundable. Normal postage for returned orders may be refundable in certain cases. This does not include Overnite or Expedited shipping. Ask a Customer Service Representative for details. All coins sold by MINT PRODUCTS.COM come with a lifetime guarantee of authenticity.
A 5% cancellation fee will be incurred on bullion coin orders and special orders that are not cancelled within one business day after placement. If your order for bullion coins has been shipped (regardless of when placed) it cannot be cancelled or returned for refund. Bullion coins are considered to be: All current year Non Proof Silver Eagles, All Non Proof Gold Eagles and Buffalos, U.S. Gold $10.00 and $20.00, All Gold and Silver Maple Leafs, All Mexican, Austrian and French Gold, All Gold Pandas, 90% U.S. Silver, Ave. UNC. Silver Eagles, Buffalo Silver Rounds and Back Dated Mexican Libertads.
Non-bullion or non-special order items may be cancelled free of charge up until they are shipped. At that point, our normal return policy will apply. |
