These scarce coins somehow left the Mint without the intended edge lettering! The edge should show the date, mint and motto's (E Pluribus Unum and In God We Trust) but the edge is completely blank on these coins! Because fakes are already abundant in the marketplace it is important to buy certified examples or deal with reputable and knowledgeable dealers like MintProducts!
