This great Gold Eagle set includes a superb gem tenth ounce Gold Eagle for each year from 1986 to 2008. Each coin is certified by the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC) as Gem Uncirculated MS-69. These nearly perfect coins (MS-70 is considered perfect) come housed in two custom storage boxes. With several scarce years included (the 1988 alone lists in the July 2007 Coin Values magazine at $450.00!), it is expected that year by year these sets will be harder and harder to assemble, thus driving up the price.
