These poplular ancient Greek coins come from Istros, probably the oldest greek colony. Located on the Black Sea it was founded in 657-656 B.C. Each of these silver drachmas feature Two male heads facing (one inverted) on the obverse, while the reverse pictures a sea eagle with a dolphin held in its talons.
