2014-P 5 oz Burnished Arches ATB Silver Coin

COIN HIGHLIGHTS:

  • The coin comes encapsulated inside of it's government issued packaging, accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. 
  • The obverse shows a portrait of George Washington. You'll find "United States of America," "In God We Trust," "Liberty," and "Quarter Dollar" all spelled out on the obverse of the coin as well as the 'P' mint mark. 
  • The reverse of the coin depicts a close up view of Delicate Arch. The particular arch is well known as the most famous arch in the world and also represents Utah on postage stamps and license plates. Arches National Park, located outside of Moab in Eastern Utah, began as a National Monument in April of 1929 and was signed into recognition by President Herbert Hoover. It wasn’t established as a National Park until November of 1971. With over 76,000 acres to explore and over 2,000 arches to view, the park is home to many hikers and campers through the seasons. The parks more notable features include Delicate Arch, Balanced Rock, Devil’s Garden, Fiery Furnace, Petrified Dunes, and many more fins, balanced rocks, and pinnacles.
