2019 Silver Turtle from Niue - Gem Brilliant Uncirculated Condition!
Minted by the New Zealand Mint, these interesting coins contain one ounce of .999 fine Silver and carries a face value of $2.00. The reverse of this Silver Niue Bullion Coin features a Hawksbill turtle, better known to New Zealand natives as a Taku, swimming through the Pacific ocean. The Taku can be found in the South Pacific island nation of Fiji and is considered to be endangered. Though the design does not change with each new issue, it is still a beautiful strike!
(Please note, due to political issues in Fiji, these Turtle coins are struck with Niue as the country of issue, not Fiji as previous issues. This change was made in 2014.)
