U.S. QUARTERS 1999-2019

Mint Products carries all of the collectable U.S. Quarters including quarters from the State Quarters Program, the District of Columbia and U.S. Territories Quarters, and the America The Beautiful National Park Quarters. We offer quarter rolls, quarter singles, complete quarter sets, and quarter proof sets to complete or further your collection.

In 1999, the U.S. Mint began the Statehood Quarter Program which produced 50 state quarters all with a special reverse design honoring each state. Five state quarters were issued each year thru 2008 and were released in the order the states entered the union. The complete list of Quarters in the 50 State Quarter Program can be found here.

In 2009, the U.S. Mint released six quarters honoring the District of Columbia and the five U.S. Territories. The coins were released in the following order: District of Columbia, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, The U.S. Virgin Islands, and The Northern Mariana Islands. These quarters are seen as an extension of the state quarter program and are a beautiful addition to any collection.

In 2010, the U. S. Mint started the America The Beautiful (or National Park) Quarter Program to honor 56 U.S. national parks and historic sites. Five new quarters will be released each year from 2010 thru 2019, with three coins being released in 2020, and the last coin being issued in 2021. The current year’s releases can be found on our National Parks Quarters page. Be sure to add these beautiful and historic coins to the quarter set you already own. The complete list of Quarters and release dates of the America The Beautiful Quarter Program can be found here.

According to the U.S. Mint, millions of people are collecting U.S. quarters whether they are state quarters, territorial quarters, or national park quarters. They are affordable enough to be collected by everyone and are a great way to get young children interested in coin collecting. These special issue U.S. Mint quarters are precious because they not only act as piece of history but also as an expression of United States culture.
