2013-S White Mountain Quarter Singles - Uncirculated Condition
Though the San Francisco Mint White Mountain Quarters were struck as Business Strikes, none of these quarters were issued for circulation, insuring their desirability for years to come.
White Mountain National Forest, established in 1918, covers a total of 780,852 acres and is home to the well known Mount Washington - the highest peak north of the Smoky Mountains and east of the Mississippi River. The national forest, located in New Hampshire, offers recreational activities year round and is also used for logging.
The 2013 White Mountain Quarter does not feature Mount Washington on the reverse, but Mount Chocorua, framed by some birch trees instead. Mount Chocorua, with an elevation of 3,475 feet, is the easternmost peak of the Sandwich Range and is one of the most climbed and picturesque mountains in the White Mountain National Park.
All our S Mint White Mountain Quarter Singles are from original rolls and bags.
