The Morgan Silver Dollar is the world's most popular Silver Dollar. They are cherished by both investors and collectors alike not just for their historical appeal, but also because so many were minted over the years and entered into circulation, that those years with lower mintages or higher graded specimens can be very valuable!

Struck at the Carson City, Nevada mint from 1878-1893, "CC" Morgan Silver Dollars have long been held in high regard with collectors who appreciate the coin's western heritage. After being lost in the vaults of the U.S. treasury for some 80 years, these coins came to light and were offered to an eager public by the General Services Administration (GSA) in 1973.

Please select from the drop-down options menu located above if you would also like to add the coin's government issued box and C.O.A. to your purchase.

  • Coin was in great condition. However the holder was scuffed up, thus detracting from the overall beauty of the coin.
  • This is a great price for a Carson City GSA Silver Dollar Collectable! All the GSA Carson City Silver Dollars are available both with or without an original Government box. I opted for a box in order to give my coin the perfect finishing touch!
  • Great looking Carson City Morgan at an affordable price. Thanks!!
  • Overall nice condition but some dark toning on the front and on about 1/4 of the back. A little disappointing for my first CC.
  • My first Carson City Morgan. I had it graded by ANACS and it came back MS-63. Great addition at a great price.
